Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, across three or more days.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in understandable language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role utilizing state-of-the-art video communication software, with documentation of interactions for accurate record-keeping.
