Responsibilities

  • Day to day supervision of the i-Tech resource operating on work site.
  • Act as the senior i-Tech representative offshore, maintaining communications with the client’s offshore representative and project engineer.
  • Execute i-Tech operations and ensure timely completion in accordance with the relevant proposal and contract.
  • Maintain bookings forecast for the area of responsibility.
  • Win new orders against the forecast and develop upsides opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Sales and Senior Management.
  • Assist in collecting aged receivable customer accounts.
  • Ensure that all non-standard terms and conditions are directed to the EH Contracts and Legal department for review.
  • Provide support for critical operations and high level technical product-line specific support; facilitate BEACON Center use and knowledge transfer; support Geomarket initiatives to develop local talent and competency.
  • Responsible for ensuring familiarity with operation and emergency procedures of diving operations (where applicable) and safe execution of diving work in accordance with relevant legislation, contract and company procedures.
  • Oversee ROV operations to ensure safety of ROV, tooling and system-related personnel; manage project team and handle emergencies; train new personnel as necessary.
  • Ensure that incomplete repairs and projects are finished timely and that equipment failures are minimized within contractual limits; maintain clear two-way communication with crew members; ensure accurate permit, isolation tag, and log entries.
  • Manage contractors for pipeline activities; monitor technical performance; review design premises, deliverables and offshore construction manuals; liaise with Company specialists to gather comments on design documentation.
  • Rigging-up, running tools in and out of the hole; supervise drill or fishing crew and rig-up assemblies to run tools; oversee tool operations as required.
  • Develop and/or audit Integrity Management Plans; perform deterministic and probabilistic engineering assessments for metal loss, crack-like and deformation defects detected by in-line inspection tools or in the field.
  • Provide technical selling and product application recommendations and support related to division products and field operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant oilfield experience.
  • Experience in a Service Company or Operator Environment is valued.
