Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to join a strategic Oracle Cloud HCM programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and extending Oracle HCM Cloud functionality using VBCS and related tools, enabling streamlined HR processes and a modern user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom extensions and user interfaces for Oracle HCM Cloud using VBCS.
• Integrate VBCS solutions with Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, etc.) using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Work alongside functional HCM consultants and business stakeholders to deliver tailored user experiences.
• Support existing VBCS and OIC integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with Oracle standards and customer governance.
