About the location:

The Opportunity
The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is in search of a talented and experience Overnight Cook that can prepare overnight In Casita Dining meals for our guests up to Four Seasons standards.
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Prepare late night orders for In Casita Dining
- Prepare Meals for OVN staff
- Prepare Mis en Place for Breakfast Service
- Set up station for Breakfast
- Assist breakfast as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Cooking school or Culinary Institute experience or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of culinary school or work related experience.
- Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
- The ability to work on your own and mostly unsupervised.
- Ability to operate all kitchen machinery
- Advanced knife skills.
- The ability to multi task and operate in a fast paced environment when necessary.
- The ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.
- Valid Maricopa County food handler's card.
- Full Time, 10:00pm - 6:30am
