Overview

Night Warehouse Worker — Johnson Brothers Liquor Company, Milwaukee, WI. This role is responsible for safely picking, stacking, and staging orders to meet nightly deadlines and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick and build orders according to pick tickets using RF scanners and hip printers.
• Shrink wrap and label orders.
• Operate powered equipment, such as Double Long Walkie-Riders, as directed.
• Pick in all zones as assigned; complete nightly assignments on time.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards; follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform aisle cleaning and maintain clean as-you-go practices while picking.
• Ensure pallets are presentable for delivery teams and customers.
• Be active throughout the entire night shift and adhere to break and lunch schedules.
• Lift 5-10 lbs regularly as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, be self-managed, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check, drug test, and physical).
• Past experience in warehouse operations is a plus.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday (4-day work week; weekends off)
• Night Shift: Start around 4:30 PM
• Location: Milwaukee, WI
• Compensation: Base hourly pay $20.00; Overtime $30.00; Performance pay eligible up to $6.50 extra per hour
