Night Auditor Job at Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown in Dallas

We are in search for a friendly, customer service oriented individual to fulfill a Full-time Night Auditor role. The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk duties at a hotel during the night shift, helping guests check-in or check-out, reviewing guest payments and other details from the day shift, and acting as a point of contact for guest needs.

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities.
• Audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use of math concepts
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
