Looking for experienced Night Auditor to join our exceptional Front Office team! This position appeals to team players seeking the opportunity to make a difference and provide excellent service to our overnight guests.
Responsibilities
- Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts, including telephone and movie revenue.
- Assist in preparing all reports relevant to daily revenues.
- Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents.
- Act as hotel system liaison during night hours.
- Perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required, including booking room reservations, answering hotel phone calls, and notifying guests of messages.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to talk, hear, and interact with guests regularly.
- Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls frequently.
- Occasionally walk, sit, reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to three months of related experience and/or training.
