Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for talented full-time Night Assistant Managers who are as passionate about food quality, customer service, & community as we are at Kneaders!

Responsibilities

• Leadership and operations - manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to ensure consistent, exemplary customer service experiences.
• Team leadership - lead a dynamic team responsible for offering from-scratch baked bread & pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.
• Customer service and culture - foster a positive guest experience and a collaborative work environment that supports team development.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast-paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
• Attention to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards
• Experience with meeting operational goals and creating better experiences for teams and customers
