OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Night Auditor.

What will you be doing most days?

1. Execute guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures in compliance with brand quality assurance standards
2. Maintain a friendly and hospitable attitude with guests and team members while present at the desk during all hours
3. Acquire and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to provide service to guests needing such information
4. Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are executed in accordance with company policies
5. Maintain proper control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest property
6. Ensure rates are optimized by monitoring competitor occupancy and rates
7. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
8. Quote daily rates accurately and issue credits
9. Perform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction

What are the requirements for this position?

1. You are proficient in the administration of applicable property management systems
2. You can respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
3. You have experience in accurate cash handling and credit card processing and in maintaining the security of confidential information
4. You can pass certification tests required to meet brand standards
5. You have experience working with a computer, especially data entry
6. You work well with others
7. You always maintain a customer focus and prioritize the guests’ needs
8. You are approachable and encourage effective communication with guests and fellow team members

Physical Requirements for this Position

This position can be physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
