About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Fitness Attendant to join our dedicated and dynamic team. Assist our guests in creating smooth and seamless fitness experiences. Fitness Attendants have an eye for detail and provide attentive and exceptional service to our guests.

What You Will Do

• Ensure the daily cleanliness of the spa, fitness center, locker areas and indoor swimming pool.
• Ensure all amenities, towels and lockers are stocked on a daily basis.
• Adhere to all Four Seasons Cultural and Core standards.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to keep the fitness facility clean and tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the indoor pool and pool patio; follow up with guest needs in those areas.
• Ensure beverage stations (hot and cold) and fruit are refreshed and maintained to standard.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide tours of the facility.
• Inform guests on all services, hours of operation, rules and regulations, and classes to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What You Bring

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience providing customer service in a fitness environment.
• Experience handling a high volume of guest inquiries.
• Ability to read, speak and write English.
• People-oriented with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service skills.
• Proven problem solving skills and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to function independently and as a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
