Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Applicant will be available for flexible hours, be a team player, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club.
Important: If you are uncomfortable doing sales or calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club, this is not the position or industry for you.
Responsibilities
- Membership Sales — Tour guests through club explaining our culture, features and benefits of specific pieces of equipment, club rules and value proposition around training programs and membership.
- Maintenance and cleaning — We pride ourselves on being the cleanest club in the area and exceeding anyone's expectations. Pride in the cleanliness of the club and daily cleaning routines are a critical part of the job. Some lite equipment maintenance will be needed occasionally.
- Member Experience — The most important aspect of all! Ensure members love the club environment and have an exceptional experience.
- Team availability — Work flexible hours, including Saturdays; ability to work without supervision and multi-task; be a self-motivated team player.
Qualifications
- Be upbeat, outgoing and what we call \"remarkably personable\".
- Must enjoy working in a health club environment and genuinely care about helping others.
- Be a high-energy self-starter, extroverted, a good motivator/coach, and comfortable with sales and marketing.
- Must be able to work Saturdays; must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
