Group Fitness Instructor - HIIT, Boxing, Yoga, Spin/Cycle, Zumba

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructors who are passionate about health and fitness. This role involves leading group classes in a pre-arranged format to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance, while ensuring safety. Instructors may be asked to teach multiple formats and serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness.

Responsibilities

The Group Fitness Instructor will:

• Lead members in group environments through structured exercise formats
• Educate members on fitness concepts and safety
• Demonstrate proper technique and provide modifications when needed
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and no-judgments fitness environment
• Collaborate with team to deliver diverse class formats (HIIT, Boxing, Spin/Cycle, Zumba, Yoga)

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic, highly motivated, and reliable
• Willingness to learn multiple formats
• Organized, dynamic, team-oriented
• Experience preferred, but training is available
• Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred
• CPR Certified
• Physical demands include the ability to lift light weights, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking
