This is a non-exempt hourly, “Player/Coach” position that leads from the front, working with the Studio Manager to achieve studio goals in revenue and paying members. It is ideal for candidates seeking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, delegate, and organize six-week progress check-ins to help clients reach their fitness goals
• Work closely with the Studio Manager to maximize customer retention and manage member accounts
• Recruit and schedule a sufficient number of fitness coaches to service each member and guest that completes a BODY20 session or demo
• Establish monthly goals in sessions, lead generation, demos and demo conversion for all Fitness Coaches
• Monthly evaluation of Fitness Coach in sessions, lead generation, demos serviced and demo conversion
• Onboard and train all new Fitness Coaches
• Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions
• Maintain knowledge of and participation in all club services, programs and products
• Adjust and operate EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (preferred)
• 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess honesty and personal integrity
• Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
• Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
