Responsibilities
- Instructs fitness classes at club and industry standard levels.
- Monitors and educates patrons on fitness and safety during classes.
- Assists members, answers questions, and maintains a positive exercise experience for members and class participants.
- Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Maintains a high standard of customer service.
- Develops class participation by being supportive and enhancing the aquatic program at American Family Fitness.
- Adheres to and follows all wet area rules and policies.
- Keeps management informed of pool activities, facility needs, and significant issues/problems as they arise.
- Attends all mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
- Willing to fill in and substitute classes as needed.
- Performs other related duties as requested by management.
- Reports to Aquatic Manager.
