Overview

Fitness Instructor (Aquatics, Silver Sneakers, Strength, and/or Conditioning)

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct group exercise classes in Aquatics, Silver Sneakers, Strength, and/or Conditioning fitness, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants of all fitness levels.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective workout routines, incorporating appropriate techniques, progressions, and modifications to accommodate diverse participant needs.
• Provide clear instructions, cues, and demonstrations to ensure proper form and execution of exercises.
• Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of exercise equipment and class spaces.
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
