Job Summary
Responsible for promoting and registering members and guests for various fitness and recreational activities while providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with the daily responsibilities of the Fitness Center: answering phones, restocking fitness center supplies, and washing/drying towels.
- Responsible for checking in guests and members into the Fitness Center and confirming a waiver has been completed.
- Responsible for selling fitness memberships and annual pool passes.
- Assist members and guests with booking a variety of fitness and recreational activities.
- Responsible for opening and closing of fitness center and running nightly reports.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and cleaning of sports equipment in Fitness Center.
- Responsible for developing working knowledge of the use of FareHarbor an online booking and reservation software system.
- Responsible for developing working knowledge of Visual One and Track a hospitality software system.
- Assist with hosting special events and holiday activities in Harbour Town.
- Assist corporate groups with team building activities on a needed basis.

Prior customer service experience.
Able to lift 30 or more pounds.
Able to work alone and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to communicate well with members, guests, and coworkers.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
College degree preferred.
1 - 2 Years’ Experience Preferred.
CERTIFICATES: Current CPR certification.
