Fitness Coach Trainer Job at F45 Park West in Peoria

As an F45 Coach, you'll lead group training sessions using workouts designed by F45 HQ. You’ll motivate, guide, and connect with members to create a positive, results-driven environment. Your role is to inspire, correct form, deliver high energy, and bring the fun to every session.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-intensity, circuit-based group workouts for up to 36 members
• Motivate and connect with members, offering regressions/progressions as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio
• Assist with studio tours, consultations, and member onboarding
• Represent the F45 brand in sessions and community events
• Support studio operations and retention goals
• Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and development

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Charisma and confidence in front of a group
• Strong knowledge of functional training, movement mechanics, and heart rate-based workouts
• CPR/AED Certified + ONE Primary NCCA-approved cert (ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
• Willingness to complete the F45 Trainer Certification via F45 Academy
• Training: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience with InBody scans, client consultations, or fitness sales
• Background in coaching HIIT, small group, or personal training
• Must live in Arizona

Compensation

Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
