As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you’ll lead our heart-rate-based, technology-tracked, and science-backed workouts that leave members feeling amazing. You’ll be the positive energy that our members look forward to each day, making them feel like an integral part of the team.

What You’ll Do:

1. Guide and motivate members through our pre-designed, full-body workouts.
2. Help members set and crush their personal fitness goals.
3. Ensure safe and effective form and offer corrections when needed.
4. Share your knowledge of heart-rate-based training and stay updated on industry trends.
5. Confidently use and demonstrate all studio equipment.
6. Be a supportive team player who’s dedicated to an incredible member experience.

Requirements:

• AED/CPR certification
• Must hold a current fitness certification (or be in the process of obtaining one) from an OTF-approved education entity such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA (with NCCPT exam), NCSF, or AFAA (exam completed before October 23, 2023). Recertification will also be accepted.
• 1-2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred.
