Overview

F45 Group Fitness Trainer core responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day management of the studio and leading F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training classes. The role involves delivering instruction using F45 terminology, maintaining an energetic environment, ensuring correct form with exercise regressions/progressions, and supporting membership sales activities and studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training classes
• Deliver instruction using F45 terminology; inspire and promote an energetic environment
• Ensure members use correct form at all times; instruct through regressions and progressions
• Assist with membership sales activities, including pre-opening promotional events, onsite enrollment, product sales, and fitness appraisals
• Provide top-tier customer service by welcoming members by name, engaging in conversations, responding to customer or staff injuries, and maintaining studio cleanliness

Experience and Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Prefer more than 1 year of personal training or group fitness training experience
• Prefer nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA, NSCA)

Compensation

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
