Overview

Our fitness studio is thriving, and we are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic fitness instructor who can teach innovative and engaging classes to our members. You will be in charge of planning and leading fitness classes for a variety of different-sized groups. While we want our classes to be physically challenging, we also place an emphasis on safety and meeting our members' individual fitness levels. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies
• Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants
• Promptly arrive before each class so you\'re prepared for your classes when they start
• Coach with positivity and encouragement
• Communicate with parents after class and discuss performance, improvement, etc.
• Support your coworkers when needed

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate with students and parents with great energy and enthusiasm
• An engaging personality that children and parents alike will be drawn to
• If you don\'t have a gymnastics or tumbling background, willingness to learn and actively participate in a work/learn environment
• Must be able to demonstrate (some) and spot skills after training

Compensation

$9 - $18 hourly based on experience
