Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes. You'll motivate participants, create engaging playlists, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.

• Yoga

• Insanity
• Body Pump
• Indoor Rowing

Responsibilities

• Lead classes for all fitness levels.
• Create music playlists to match class intensity.
• Ensure proper equipment setup and participant safety.
• Offer exercise modifications as needed.
• Promote gym services and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Certified Instructor
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience teaching group fitness
• Strong communication and motivational skills

Requirements

• High energy and passion for fitness
• Availability for varied schedules (e.g., mornings, weekends)
• Team player with a professional attitude

Compensation

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Salary Description: $25-$45/hr
