Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Group Fitness Trainer. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead classes and work closely with members to provide the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Group Trainer, you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that encourages members to return daily, and promote the F45 brand within our market area.

Qualifications and Expectations:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a group fitness trainer
• Personal Training Certification from a nationally accredited organization
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Exceptional communication skills and energetic demeanor
• Ability to develop strong relationships with members
• Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology
• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons
• Creativity within the F45 model
• Must have de-escalation skills and handle sensitive situations
• Support the F45 culture by participating in programming and attending classes

Responsibilities:
