Overview

The Fitness and Spa Attendant maintains cleanliness, reports deficiencies and is responsible for all inventory and supplies of the spa department, including fitness center, spa and pool. They ensure the guest experience is up to the standards of the brand by dealing with guests directly and addressing details behind the scenes to go above and beyond their expectations. Their objectives include assisting guests with spa-related information, giving them personal attention, anticipating their needs and being an escort to the appropriate facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of spa, fitness center, pool areas and related facilities; report deficiencies.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the spa department, including the fitness center, spa and pool.
• Provide guests with spa-related information, offer personal attention, anticipate needs, and escort to appropriate facilities.
• Ensure guest experiences meet brand standards and strive to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year work experience required.
• High school diploma required.
• Spa and/or hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Work authorization in the U.S.
