Overview

Fitness Floor Attendant role at Life Time Inc. (Facility Ops Flex Team Member).

The Facility Ops Flex Team Member supports the Facility Operations department in the event of unexpected absences. This is a flex position; you may be contacted for open shifts and should indicate your available days and times. If an open shift needs to be filled, we will attempt to contact you at least eight hours before the shift begins or as soon as circumstances permit. You are not required to accept any specific open shift, and you are expected to work in the club for at least 8 hours per month if hours are available. Failure to meet the minimum monthly hours when sufficient hours exist may result in termination.

Responsibilities and duties focus on maintaining facility cleanliness and delivering customer service to Life Time members.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels; ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly
• Ensures locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow department budget guidelines
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods

Preferred Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
