Responsibilities

SUMMARY: Transport materials and products throughout the plant using Power Industrial Trucks/Forklifts.

  • Receive and distribute product accurately.
  • Service manufacturing areas with stand-up trucks.
  • Load and unload materials to/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
  • Safely operate and inspect power industrial trucks.
  • Perform warehouse cleaning and consolidating, including battery area and wrappers.
  • Move pack-out.
  • Load/unload trucks.
  • Pull and shrink wrap finished goods.
  • Perform slit liner.
  • Perform cycle counts.
  • Comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF, and other regulatory requirements, and report concerns or suggest improvements.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred.
  • Excellent attendance.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Forklift experience/certification.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with some supervision.
  • Understanding of Work-In-Process.
  • Physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting/moving objects (up to 35 pounds).
  • Ability to work in a production environment, recognizing sounds and alarms.
  • Commitment to performing all duties safely and effectively.

Additional Info

Pay: $19.80/hour
