Forklift Operator PT at R+L Carriers – Kansas City, MO service center. Part-Time, Monday - Friday, various shifts. Starting at $25.12 per hour. Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our own employee resorts.

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Part-time Forklift Operator. As a Forklift Operator, you will be tasked with moving all different types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long. You will be operating a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.

Responsibilities

• Move freight safely in and out of 53’ trailers using a forklift on a roofed dock

Requirements

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Ability to read manifests
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display
• Forklift experience
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
• Some LTL experience
