Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Carson, CA! Join a fast-paced warehouse team and put your forklift clamp skills to work moving, stacking, and loading products for Target. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks, this is the job for you.

Pay: $19.44-$21.75

Shift Details: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Thursday-Monday, Friday-Tuesday, or Saturday-Wednesday; 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Saturday-Tuesday or Thursday-Sunday; 8:00 PM-4:30 AM, rotating schedule.

What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift clamp to move, stack, load, and unload products
• Manually load, offload, palletize, and wrap items as needed
• Handle products weighing 15-45 lbs safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing steel-toe shoes
• Maintain accuracy in counts and placements; attention to detail and math skills required

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of forklift clamp experience (to operate a forklift)
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move products safely
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
