Responsibilities
- Safely move and organize doors and materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift.
- Load semi-trailers strategically to maximize space, maintain product integrity, and ensure safe transport.
- Arrange materials in a way that keeps the warehouse organized and efficient.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Identify and report any quality concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with other departments.
Work Schedule
Typical hours are Monday–Friday, between 6:00am–3:45pm, with overtime and occasional Saturdays depending on workload.
To Be a Forklift Driver, You Need
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with sit-down forklifts.
- Strong skills in loading/unloading trailers and handling product at high volumes with care.
- A keen eye for detail and safety.
- Basic knowledge of door construction types and applications (training provided).
- A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.00 per hour and up depending on experience
