Starting Pay: $21 - $28 per hour

Position Summary

Operates forklift or other equipment to receive products into the warehouse and transports palletized products to proper pick slots.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate lift truck or other equipment to receive products into the warehouse.
2. Transport palletized products to designated warehouse slots.
3. Replenish primary pick slots from secondary pick slots.
4. Assist in receiving area or with will-call orders as needed.
5. Follow established safety standards for food handling and date rotation procedures.
6. Maintain general housekeeping in the warehouse.
7. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
8. Adhere to the company’s Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in distribution or warehouse operations, preferably in the foodservice industry.

Other Requirements

Successful completion of in-house forklift certification test.

Physical Demands

Frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
