Apartment Leasing Consultant Needed (Luxury) – Start Immediately!

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals who are dependable, motivated, and customer service-driven. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Job Details

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits effectively
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Handle deposits and rent payments accurately
• Maintain records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of apartment leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar software
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
