Care to Stay Home is seeking to hire team members in Northern Idaho. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, and other tasks that enhance the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. We strive to match you with a schedule and client that best fits your skills.

Locations:
Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Dalton Gardens, Rathdrum, Spirit Lake, Sandpoint

Schedules:

• Days: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm; shifts of 4, 8, or 12 hours
• Nights: 8:00 pm - 8:00 am; 12-hour shifts
• Weekend shifts and 3- or 4-day 24-hour shifts are available

Responsibilities include:

• Providing essential care and support
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Standby and hands-on assistance
• Light housekeeping duties
• Medication reminders
• Bedbound care for critical clients

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience, preferably with senior clients
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, assist with transfers, repositioning, and standby assistance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to consistent and critical care
• Clear criminal background and driving record checks
