The Day-to-Day

Whether it’s analyzing data, brainstorming creative solutions, or learning from experienced teammates, you’ll be part of a team that’s making a difference.

  • Explore health and wellness programs offered by employers and learn how they’re built and improved
  • Work with mentors to understand how companies make decisions about employee benefits
  • Use data and research to help solve challenges like rising healthcare costs
  • Create reports and visuals that explain your findings in a clear, helpful way

Pay and Benefits

Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $61,000 to $78,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.
