What is the Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program?

College sophomores have the opportunity to connect with an advisor working in the actuarial field at Aon to learn more about a consulting career from one of our solutions teams (Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance) and practice real-world scenarios during the discovery program.

How This Opportunity Is Different

This mentorship opportunity allows students considering a career in actuarial science to connect with professionals and peers throughout this virtual program. The program is designed for sophomores and serves as a direct pipeline to our Summer 2027 Actuarial Intern opportunities. At the end of the program, selected mentees may be fast-tracked to a final round interview for our intern program. Although the mentor program is virtual, candidates will select location preferences aligned with their interests for Summer 2027 internship opportunities.
