Overview
Pathways Hospice has an immediate opening for a CNA.
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay Range: $18.37 – $22.59 per hour
Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Paid mileage, shift diffs, stipends, overtime
Mileage and Expense Reimbursement: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry

Responsibilities
The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides quality supportive and skilled care within their scope of practice to promote comfort and dignity for patients in hospice care, palliative care, and/or home care settings. Represents the agency positively and upholds good public relations with patients, families and facility staff. The CNA is able to work with neonates through geriatrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: One year CNA experience desired (hospice preferred). Six months CNA experience desired if position is for home health. New graduates accepted.
- License: Current Colorado CNA license. Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- CPR: Current CPR certification. CPR must be provided and/or obtained within 14 days of hire.
- Physical: Ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 35 lbs.
