AffiniCare, Care Initiatives’ internal staffing agency, is hiring Mobile & Flexible nursing positions. Location: La Porte City, IA and surrounding areas. Status: PRN/Flexible. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Flexible Scheduling / PRN CNA / Travel CNA.

What It Takes

• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification in the State of Iowa.
• Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your assigned region.
• Residence within a reasonable driving distance of Care Initiatives locations.
