CNA - Telesitter, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital, Spokane, WA

The Nursing Assistant functions within his/her scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan. S/he demonstrates an understanding of basic nursing skills and skills unique to the assigned clinical unit(s).

Following orientation, s/he assumes delegated responsibility which may include (but not be limited to) such tasks as meeting the hygienic, nutritional, elimination, activity, comfort and safety needs of patients; obtains and reports vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure); performs urine reductions, transports (transfers, discharges) patients; obtains supplies/equipment as necessary from designated departments.

Shift Details

• Part time, 32 hours per week, 8-hour evening shift

Required Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant Certification License for Washington upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of acute care CNA experience

The base pay range is listed; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
