Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice Home Health Aide Location: Albuquerque, NM Full-Time | $19–$22/hour DOE

Position Summary: As a Hospice Aide (CNA) with LDV Hospice, you'll be an integral part of our care team, providing personal care and emotional support to patients and their loved ones. Whether you're coming from a hospital, long-term care, or outpatient setting, we welcome CNAs from all backgrounds who are ready to transition into hospice care.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting patients with daily personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)

Helping with safe mobility, positioning, and transfers

Providing companionship and emotional support during a meaningful time in patients' lives

Working closely with nurses, social workers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive care

Keeping accurate documentation and observing any changes in condition

What You Bring:

Current CNA certification in the State of New Mexico (required)

At least 1 year of general CNA experience preferred

A kind, patient-centered approach and excellent bedside manner

Strong communication and collaboration skills

A commitment to providing dignity and comfort to those in their final stages of life

What We Offer:

$19–$22/hour depending on experience

A flexible schedule with nights and weekends off (unless otherwise requested)
