Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Caregivers with the following:

• Flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments

Responsibilities of CNAs and Caregivers

• Providing personal care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and taking vital signs
• Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, including feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation

Requirements for CNAs and Caregivers

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified CPR
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
• Licensed driver with own insured and reliable automobile
• Ability to work with little direct supervision
• Empathy for the needs of the client
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
• Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect and presents a positive public image
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; may lift up to 50 pounds
