We're looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for an immediate travel opening in Dublin, OH.
The right CNA should have 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Acute care (LTAC) setting. Read below for more requirements.

As a CNA in an LTAC facility, you will provide essential hands-on care to medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization. Working under the supervision of licensed nurses, you'll assist with daily care while supporting the recovery and stability of patients with serious conditions.

As a CNA, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
  • Support patient mobility, including safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation with or without assistive devices
  • Take and record vital signs, intake and output, and monitor basic clinical indicators
  • Observe and report changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff
  • Assist with infection prevention measures, including isolation precautions and hygiene protocols
  • Help with basic respiratory care support, such as monitoring oxygen use or assisting patients with mobility around trach/ventilator equipment (as trained)
  • Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
  • Provide compassionate, patient-focused care to individuals with complex medical needs
  • Document care and activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies
  • Follow all LTAC facility safety, HIPAA, and infection control procedures

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aid in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification, hold the NNAAP National Certification and be eligible for State licensure

CNAs in LTAC settings must be highly attentive, physically capable, and comfortable working in high-acuity environments with critically ill or recovering patients.
