Summary of Security Tasks
- Obtain a TABC Certification
- Follow RAS Policy
- Attend all meetings and workshops
- Perform operational duties and procedures
- Ensure a safe environment for guests, staff, and vendors
- Follow safety practices and security guidelines
- Prevent and de-escalate situations
- Handle special circumstances appropriately
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Use radio and headpiece for communication
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the proper uniform
- Perform closing duties
- Ensure the safety of all employees and managers exiting the building
- Be punctual, dressed appropriately, and ready to work
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant
- Contribute as a team member
- Train and guide other security personnel as directed
- Have basic computer skills for scheduling systems
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
