As Security, you hold the highest standard in guest services and safety. This role requires attentiveness, efficiency, and commitment to ensure the hotel remains a safe, enjoyable environment. You will provide a sense of security to both hotel staff and guests simply by being present. Depending on hotel resources and size, some hotel security may be needed to review security cameras or monitor certain parts of the hotel if necessary. You will prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policies and procedures, and issuing and reporting trespassers. It is essential to diffuse situations as quickly as possible while being polite, diplomatic, and professional in handling situations, yet firm in upholding company policies and procedures. You will also respond to guests’ requests and complaints and appropriately address emergency situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Previous guest relations training.
2. Previous security experience required.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
