Hourly Wage

ISS offers a competitive compensation package including Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a starting hourly salary of $15.00 per hour.

Key Purpose

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all ISS customers and guests. The Security Guard patrols the grounds, monitors surveillance equipment, and permits associate and visitor entry to the site.

Key Accountabilities

• Secure premises by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Obtain help by sounding alarms or contacting authorities.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policies and procedures, interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures and statements, and restraining trespassers.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
