Job Description:

We are hiring Unarmed Residential Security Agents for private residential coverage in Los Angeles, CA. This role includes monitoring access points, managing vendor and guest entry, conducting foot patrols, and communicating directly with command staff or household personnel. Some assignments may also include client transport or vehicle readiness when requested. Agents must maintain a calm, discreet presence while adapting to the rhythm of the property and its occupants.

Shift Information:

Schedules for Unarmed Residential Security Agents will vary based on the specific assignment and client needs. Potential shifts may include:

• Day Shifts: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts typically aligned with business hours or client preferences.
• Evening & Night Shifts: For extended or overnight security coverage.
• Overnight Shifts: Required for 24-hour protection or long-term assignments.
• On-Call/Reserve: You may be placed on an on-call roster for urgent security needs or last-minute assignments.
• Weekend and Holiday Work: Certain roles may require coverage during weekends, holidays, or high-traffic periods.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Unarmed Residential Security Agent, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at residential properties in Los Angeles, CA.
• Monitor and patrol premises to detect potential threats, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
• Control access to the residential property, ensuring all personnel and visitors follow security protocols.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Unarmed Residential Security Agent position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• 5+ years of military experience with an honorable discharge or similar protection role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods, patrol properties, and respond quickly to incidents.
• Excellent situational awareness and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and the public.
