Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Armed Residential Security Agent to provide armed protection services for private residential properties in Beverly Hills, CA. This position involves maintaining a secure environment through proactive monitoring, patrolling, and access control. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in armed security operations, with the ability to swiftly and effectively respond to potential threats. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of residents, guests, and property, while adapting to the evolving needs of a high-profile residential environment.

Shift Information:

Shifts for Armed Residential Security Agents may vary based on client needs and specific assignment requirements. Potential shifts include:

• Day Shifts: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, typically aligned with client schedules.
• Evening & Night Shifts: Coverage during later hours for additional security.
• Overnight Shifts: For 24-hour protection or long-term residential security assignments.
• On-Call/Reserve: Available for urgent assignments or last-minute deployments.
• Weekend and Holiday Work: Certain assignments may require coverage during weekends, holidays, or high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Armed Residential Security Agent, you will:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at high-end residential properties in Beverly Hills, CA.
• Monitor and patrol the premises to detect security threats, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
• Control access to the property, ensuring all personnel and visitors follow established security protocols.
• Respond promptly and decisively to security incidents or emergencies according to established procedures.
• Conduct threat assessments and develop tailored security measures for the residential environment.
• Provide secure transportation for clients and guests when required.
• Communicate with team members, residents, and on-site personnel to maintain seamless security operations.
• Provide detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and any notable occurrences.
• Assist with planning and implementing security protocols for events or special occasions at residential properties.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the Armed Residential Security Agent position, candidates must have:

• 5+ years of military experience (honorable discharge), law enforcement, or equivalent private sector armed security experience.
• BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit.
• Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong physical fitness, with the ability to stand, patrol, and respond swiftly to incidents.
• Excellent situational awareness and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with clients, residents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high-profile residential setting.
• CPR certification preferred, but not required.
