RESPONSIBILITIES:

Summary:

We're looking for an Security Administrator to join a dynamic Sensitive Data Management (SDM) team within Enterprise Data Management (EDM). In this role, you will help deliver cutting-edge data security tools, practices, and strategies that ensure data is treated as a strategic asset-safely and responsibly. As a Security Administrator, you will work hands-on with a cross-functional team to implement data protection solutions, support automation, write and maintain control documentation, and monitor real-time data risks. Your contributions will be instrumental in safeguarding critical data like PCI, PHI, PII, and IP.

Duties:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve internal controls around sensitive data
• Configure and monitor data loss prevention (DLP) policies across email, network, and cloud services
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to assess risk and remediate data-centric security issues
• Build and support data discovery, classification, and tokenization initiatives
• Develop Python-based tools to support automation and improve detection
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to anomalies, control failures, or suspicious activity
• Contribute to the creation and enforcement of data governance documentation (policies, standards, and procedures)
• Stay informed on emerging security threats, tools, and trends
• Complete task deliverables as part of Agile sprints and support incident resolution via ServiceNow
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in:

• Implementing controls to protect sensitive data (PCI, PHI, PII, IP)
• Developing and monitoring DLP policies across multiple vectors
• Hands-on with data tokenization tools and practices
• Python scripting for automation and analysis
  
  

Knowledge of:

• Data Masking, Tokenization, Encryption tools
• DLP solutions across email, endpoint, and cloud environments
• Security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
  
  

Preferred:

• ISC2 CISSP certification
• Experience supporting security efforts in Agile environments
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
