Position: Loss Prevention Manager

Seeking a super-heroic, ultra-vigilant, calm, cool, and collected Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, staff, and personal property—and for mentoring your team to operate with excellence.

This role is ideal for you if you are a naturally confident, instinctively thoughtful leader, with deep, expert knowledge of safety and security. You value, respect, and understand people on a deep level; you make smart, thoughtful decisions to keep them safe and secure, creating positive impact across all that you touch. You’re positive, energetic, a multi-tasker, and inspire those around you to excel.

About you:

• Passionate about safety and security with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• A post-secondary diploma, degree, or industry-related certifications are a plus.
• Experience in safety and security operations, detail-oriented, team player.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• Must have a valid FLSD License (T-89 or F-89 required).
