Job Description

Bankpak is looking for experienced Service Security Technicians in the Northern Alabama area. Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, tech support, and customer training for ATMs, TCRs, Alarm Systems, CCTV systems, and banking equipment. The ideal candidate should be located in Birmingham, Hoover, Tuscaloosa, and may cover Jackson, Mississippi, within a 2-hour driving radius. This role provides a company vehicle, gas card, and drive time is included. Basic hand tools are needed; special tools will be provided. An on-call rotation occurs every 6 weeks for a full weekend.

• Service and install Bankpak equipment
• Diagnose & repair equipment malfunctions
• Respond to service calls and provide customer training
• Gather equipment, parts, and supplies for maintenance or installation
• Maintain inventory levels in vehicle
• Provide phone tech support
• Make pre-service calls to customers
• Record hours and materials used via technician app
• Maintain equipment per OEM standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction onsite
• Plan to minimize onsite time
• Lead and train less experienced employees onsite
• Train customers on new equipment
• Coordinate with Service Dispatch
• Perform additional incidental activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Security, Access Control, Installation, Alarm Systems, CCTV, Cable, Low Voltage
• Physical ability to stand, crouch, kneel, climb ladders, lift over 50 lbs.

$30.00 - $35.00/hr
