Overview

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The company recently announced the merger with Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc., which will add four casinos and expand Bally's operations, including potential expansion into Iowa. Bally's Interactive International, Bally Bet, and Bally Casino are part of Bally's portfolio. The business employs approximately 10,600 people with extensive gaming and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Enforces company policies/procedures as they apply to Internal Controls and Indiana Gaming Commission rules/regulations
• Prepares reports and Security logs, and dispatches Security Officers to assignments as required
• Monitors fire alarm systems, and dispatches appropriate internal contacts and external agencies
• Escorts checks, tokens, cash, and patrons as directed
• Collects and transports drop boxes to the storage/holding area
• Administers first aid when required
• Responds to emergency situations as directed by management following property safety protocols
• Reports all designated activities to the Supervisor/appropriate authority
• Patrols the perimeter and entire property
• May ride a mountain bike for sustained periods during an 8-hour shift
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb stairs
• Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds
• Vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Frequently required to sit and occasionally climb, balance, stoop or kneel
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours)
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends; able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Other duties may be assigned at any time
