RMantra Solutions is CELEBRATING a contract win for DOD CIO. We are hiring 10 Security Control Assessor (SCA-R). Job location is on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of additional IT work experience.
• Experience: 10+ years in Cybersecurity; 5 to 8 years in Certification and Accreditation / Assessment and Authorization; 2 to 5 years Security Control Assessor / Validator experience; 4 years of aggregate experience in detailed design, installation, and configuration of IT systems and networks in accordance with DoD cybersecurity policies (e.g., DoDI 8500.2) and DISA STIGs, including configuration and use of security products; 4 years monitoring application and system security configurations and auditing for compliance with DoD Cybersecurity policy.
• Certifications: DoD 8570 IAM/IAT Level III certification, plus other certifications; Computing Environment certification (RH Linux OS, Windows OS, Cisco, Cloud) within 6 months of assignment.
• Clearance: Top Secret, SCI.
• Security & RMF: Expert in RMF; proficient with RMF process, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253.
• Other: Demonstrated leadership skills or previous lead position; excellent customer service skills.
• Location/Start: Targeted start as early as August 4, 2025 or with two weeks notice; Five-year contract.

Security & Experience Details

• Experience Requirements: Demonstrated aggregate experience in detailed design, installation, and configuration of IT systems and networks per DoD policies; experience in monitoring security configurations and auditing for DoD compliance.
• Clearance Requirements: Top Secret, SCI.
• Security Program: Expert in RMF; familiarity with NIST publications and CNSSI 1253.
