Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Santa Clara, CA. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, including administrative assistance, managing office equipment, office supplies, event assistant, document review & management, providing customer service, and handling office administration tasks. The role requires ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting the needs of the staff and management.

- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency with Office Equipment management

- Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
